This was the last concert I got to go to in October. School’s over, it’s almost Christmas (Holiday?) break, and I need something to look forward as the bleak winter landscape. Oh Rivers Cuomo, where are you now? Oh right, the Weezer cruise…damn you applicant interviews!
Re-watching Highlander for the first time in YEARS and having fond reminisces of the 80s, immortal Highlanders duking it out with swords, and kilts, everywhere kilts…I love when I re-watch something from when I was a kid and it’s still cool… :)

I don’t cook very often so I have to take advantage when the urge strikes…I hate to admit that I was inspired to cook this dish while watching the ‘Jersey Shore’…it was quite yummy and very simple. And at least it wasn’t a picture of “T-shirt Time”…it’s the little things… :) It’s a sausage and peppers dish that I added spaghetti and mozzarella to. Simply chop peppers, onions and garlic and layer in casserole dish. Top with your favorite kind of italian sausages. Sprinkle with italian seasonings, black pepper, and red pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and cooking sherry. Bake for 1 hour on 400 in the oven. Halfway through, turn the sausages over. Then flip on the Situation, Snooki, and Pauly D, and manja!

It’s almost the best time of the year…Shark Week on DISCOVERY!!! And one of my faves, Andy Samberg is the face of SW this year…makes me almost wish I had cable again! Almost…So set your DVRs please! If not because you like Andy, then because you like sharks, or because you like Amy Hagovsky and want her to keep her job so she can keep shark diving! And then when it’s over, remember what Tracy Jordan says (Ignore that he’s played by Tracy Morgan right now) and “Live every week like it’s Shark Week!”
